Why Resilient Leaders Elements (RLE™)?
RLE™ has enabled me to see the areas I am naturally stronger in, and the ones where I require support and development. The challenge engine has made me hold the mirror up and reflect on what I know, how I see situations versus how others see them. This has ensured I have finally overcome some of the barriers that were holding me back!
Drawing on the programmes you’ve run, what’s your view of RLE™ and leadership in schools?
Having run RLE™ with a cohort of existing leaders across the Multi Academy Trust, I have witnessed first hand how this has harnessed a sense of discovery, articulation and focused personal development for those leaders.
I envisage RLE™ becoming a key development tool for leaders within our trust to demonstrate their own growth and leadership development in a completely bespoke way that truly fits what they need, when they need it.
What would you say to anybody considering the resilient leaders consultant accreditation course?
This course changed my approach to leadership development, and has had a significant impact on my development personally. It has taught me to embrace my strengths and display unwavering confidence in them. My clients get a clear and robust framework and shared language that demonstrates tangible results.
The best part is engaging with different people from a range of leadership contexts. Being part of this community has certainly enriched my learning experiences.
