What I do
I am a training and development consultant, and I have worked in the field of education since 2001. I have held various leadership roles including Department Chair, Co-Director and Chief Executive Officer. My passion for leadership development runs deep and I work with individual leaders and teams to transform organisations. People are at the centre of what I do and ultimately, I empower leaders to be the best versions of themselves.
How I use RLE
I use RLE with individual leaders and groups (face to face and online) to create awareness about the impact of who they are and what they do as leaders. I design and deliver workshops as well as one to one coaching. This gives clients the opportunity to benchmark their performance and reflect on their leadership journey.

What I do
I have worked in education since the 1980s and held a variety of leadership roles during my career in secondary schools. Both my Masters and PhD were undertaken whilst I was teaching. The findings from my research on the dynamics of classroom life are documented in ‘Living Contradiction’, published by Crown House.
I have created a suite of reflective tools designed to harness professional noticing skills so that teachers can make sense of the classroom climate.
How I use RLE
I coach 1-1 using the Accelerate programme, and have ventured outside of education to deliver the Transform programme supporting dysfunctional leadership teams.

Dwight Weir
What I do
I am a leadership and personal development coach with a specialism in education. I work with clients who want to change the direction in which their lives are heading or accelerate their progress towards their desired goals. I provide coaching services to clients with a focus on Leadership and personal development, career growth, wellbeing and work-life balance. I use the TGROW model in my coaching sessions to ensure that my clients leave each session with tangible and specific actions. My coaching sessions are client-led and results oriented.
How I use RLE
I use the RLE with teams and individual clients. The RLDP is one of the tools I use to enable my clients to fully understand themselves and how others perceive them. We use findings from the self and peer assessments to form goals and a crate a developmental journey. The RLE enables my clients to identify and develop leadership skills and the muscles needed for effective leadership. I use the RLDP to help clients become more resilient, to help them identify their areas of strength and embrace challenges that will enable them to develop resilience.

What I do
I have worked in Education, Sport and Physical Activity Development for the past 11 years in a variety of different roles e.g. School Sports Coordinator, Partnership Manager, Teacher Trainer and Coaching Director. I love the opportunity to work with and support both individuals and groups to achieve their potential and strengthen their resilience when faced with perceived barriers or periods of uncertainty. As a qualified coach with a strong background as a trainer and facilitator I enjoy delivering programmes and coaching others to both challenge and support growth.
How I use RLE
I use the RLE framework within coaching sessions to help support my clients to reflect and evaluate on their own leadership practices and performance, and to help them define their current areas of strength, as well as future areas of development. The RLE and the RLDP programmes provide clients with a clear and visual approach so that they can self and peer reflect on their current capabilities, and then undertake a personal development plan that is bespoke to their individual needs and leadership development goals.

Caroline Field
What I do
Caroline is an expert in whole system resilience – understanding the links between the individual, organisation, community and national resilience. Caroline focuses on developing the people at the heart of systems as a catalyst to deliver whole society resilience with a particular emphasis on those that are charged with delivering resilience within communities or organisations as a “Chief Resilience Officer” or similar role and has tailored a programme based on her experience working in resilience over her career. With a background in infrastructure resilience and a career in engineering, Caroline also understands the challenges facing women leaders working in STEM and has developed programmes to provide support in their journey. Caroline is active in developing standards in resilience and is currently the Chair of the ISO Urban Resilience Standard Working Group. Caroline is a Royal Academy of Engineers Visiting Professor at Loughborough University linking research and practice and helping to shape the future of the profession.
How I use RLE
I use RLE as part of my toolset to deliver whole society resilience. I have developed measurement models for organisations and communities and RLE is the missing link! Understanding the individual is key to delivering organisational and community resilience.

What I do
I’m a leadership development consultant, facilitator and coach. I support senior and middle leaders, serving and inspiring them to be their best-selves and make the most of every opportunity for personal and professional growth. I work to develop practical leadership skills in education, the video games and security sectors, and with corporates such as Rolls Royce. My 30 years of leadership experience, latterly as a Head and Chair of the Girls’ Schools Association’s Professional Development Committee, and as an ISI inspector, supports this work.

How I use RLE
We use the RLE elements to help us define what we mean by leadership in our school. Leaders engage in RLE programmes to help them to support others and meet them where they are. The discussion around the profiles, including the personal perceptions and feedback provdes the backdrop for honest conversations, growth and ultimately better outcomes for the children in our school.

I am a Safety Consultant with over 40 years’ experience for FMS ltd. I am an auditor/inspector for the Marine and Tanker Industries with ISM, ISO, SIRE and TMSA. I have co-authored books on Safety Management and am currently compiling ~ Everyone’s Guide to “Safety”. My role is to enable companies to improve their Safety Awareness, Culture and Management Systems. I am now optimising this service through the principles of Resilience and the RLDP™.

How I use RLE
The RLDP has become an intrinsic part of two programmes. My 'Human Factors' programme, developing entrepreneurial researchers so they are ready to lead a team when commercialising their research. And Leadership in Action, for Postdoctoral staff developing their leadership skills. The RLE allows participants to build on their strengths and recognise their leadership impact , giving them insight and choice.
I am also a part of the Women in Resilient Leadership cohort - developing RLDP programmes to support women in the critical stages of their career and life.
