What I do

I deliver leadership development to senior managers and executives either in teams or through 1:1 coaching. My leadership journey has involved over 30 years of working in management as a Director/ Managing Director in a range of UK and International companies. My personal experience was that leadership is difficult and confusing. Many managers are thrust into leadership roles with little effective training and are expected to learn on the job. My operational experience enables me to provide practical based development support for people and organisations.

How I use RLE

In bespoke development programmes for teams and individuals I use the RLE to provide a comprehensive framework to analyse leadership practice, bringing clarity and insight to what is happening in their workplace. The RLE development tool is then used to provide bespoke programmes to grow leadership skills and improve team performance.

What I do

I am a leadership development specialist with over 20 years of experience largely in the corporate sector. In my work we co-create a safe space for people to step out of the day-to-day, experiment, play with ideas, and then take action.

I work with senior individuals and teams on issues such high performance; individual and organisational leadership style; effective communication; managing change; personal development challenges and work transitions.

I have a Masters degree in Professional Development (coaching) and have produced research into resilience in leaders working at the edge of crisis.

How I use RLE

I have been working with the RLE for around 10 years. I use it as an instrument to start a conversation about what is working and to highlight areas that might need attention.

Individuals and teams can make use of the RLE in different ways. I like the fact that it provides a suite of tools and a stimulus for conversations that can be tailored to the individual and team needs. For example the individual assessments can be grouped together for team use, the 360 gives further data linked to the assessment areas and the reassessment shows the journey travelled.

What I do

I deliver innovation and collaboration skills training for STEM researchers, alongside a personal passion in wellbeing programmes, which underpins professional success.

How I use RLE

The RLDP has become an intrinsic part of two programmes. My 'Human Factors' programme, developing entrepreneurial researchers so they are ready to lead a team when commercialising their research. And Leadership in Action, for Postdoctoral staff developing their leadership skills. The RLE allows participants to build on their strengths and recognise their leadership impact , giving them insight and choice.

I am also a part of the Women in Resilient Leadership cohort - developing RLDP programmes to support women in the critical stages of their career and life.

My career spans over 20 years in the third sector, in senior leadership roles with charities including Crisis, Barnardo’s, Parkinson’s UK, The Children’s Society, NCH and The Royal British Legion.
Passionate about and skilled in supporting people to reach excellence in fundraising performance and their personal development. I have led and developed UK-wide teams of staff raising income of more than £50m and working with 1000s of volunteers.

How I use RLE

In today's uncertain economic and political landscape resilience is becoming an essential skill for all successful leaders. Within Third Sector organisations, I see fellow professionals struggling with the challenges of the day to day pressure of income generation, strategic planning, along with leading high performing teams.

What I do

I have worked in education since the 1980s and held a variety of leadership roles during my career in secondary schools. Both my Masters and PhD were undertaken whilst I was teaching. The findings from my research on the dynamics of classroom life are documented in ‘Living Contradiction’, published by Crown House.
I currently work with teachers (often remotely) to explore how they might develop 'Professional Noticing’ by reviewing snippets of their lessons using 360º camera technology.

I am a talent development specialist and leadership development coach with over 25 years of experience. My background is in corporate having worked for 2 very large multinational companies designing and running development programmes all over the world. I am a professionally trained coach with ICF accreditation.

How I use RLE

I have worked with the RLE for almost 10 years. I have used it as core material for transformational leadership development programmes; one on one coaching and group coaching. I prefer the RLE over other leadership frameworks because of its very specific approach to resilience and change. How I use RLE
